Robert has served on the Boards of several publicly listed mining companies. He is the former Chairman of Tiger Resources Limited, Golden Deeps Limited, Sabre Resources Limited, and Lumacom Limited. He has served on several other Boards and owned a large West Perth accounting practice serving the corporate sector.

He has extensive experience in listed companies and currently serves on the Board of Equatorial Coal Limited as well as being Chairman of Metals Australia Limited.

Michael is a Certified Practising Accountant with 35 years experience in accounting and taxation. He is a partner of Perth accounting firm Alessandrino Scivolo, is a former Director of Tiger Resources Limited, and is currently a Director of Sabre Resources Limited and of Victory West Moly Limited.
